One good thing about your job - no complaints from the clients.

That translates to a 100% satisfactory rating!!

Bummed that I won't be able to make this tonight, especially when I'm right up the hill across the street and was really looking forward to it.

Worked a 16 hour shift at the prison yesterday, got 3 or 4 hours sleep and did another 8 hours today as supervisor.

I'm totally exhausted. If I can possibly find the energy to get out I will, but otherwise, I will be asleep before you guys order your second round.

Happy fun for me!!

Yes. She has a rod knock so I parked her until my garage is finished.

She'll be getting torn down completely in a few weeks with a new engine being built by Precision Automotive in Simsbury.

God only knows what else we'll find once she's a shell. But she will be back soon.

Let me know if you want a hand.  I'm just off of Queen St until we buy a new house later this year.

Thanks for the offer. Where are you off Queen? Do I know your Jeep?

Anyway, I think we have it handled as far as teardown goes. Where I will most likely run into trouble is getting the engine running for break-in when I get the long block back. Anyone who thinks a rebuild ever goes as planned has only watched them do one on TV! LOL

I'll be taking advantage of the empty engine bay to do all the brake lines and rustproofing, etc. She's also getting new springs, a winch and whatever else I can think of while she's down.
