synergy ball joints
« on: April 16, 2017, 10:38:55 AM »
Just tried to grease synergy ball joints....OMG putting crazy pressure and can't get coupler to clip onto zerk.....Anyone else have this issue or solution....called synergy and they said you have to start at the side and work you way to the middle (whatever that means)...anyways back to the garage for some more trying..lol

Synergy ball joints are awesome.   Not yuppie crap.  The stock ball joints are crap.  Ive had them for years with no issues.  Take grease fine.  Change out the grease fitting, check ball may be rusted shut.

I have factory ball joints in my tj still.  They're fine.

Yes, the bottom should be a needle fitting.

I have a set of the Synergy Ball Joints that came as spares with my newer TJ

I'm confident they will be better than stock
