Diff cover help
« on: May 27, 2017, 03:34:06 PM »
I planned on putting on both front and fear Solid Diff covers today. I started with the front no problems there
When I moved to the rear I think I spotted a potential problem.  I think that the diff cover might hit the track bar. Here are some pictures that I took. I hope they help. I have the AEV Dual Sport 3.5" lift. It has the track bar relocation bracket. What do you think?

My bet is it would be fine. The track bar will be moving mostly with the axle. Looks like there's plenty of room.

That's what I thought. I tested this out on Sunday by backing the passenger wheel onto a curb with a rock on top.   Looked pretty good so I installed the rear one as well.  Next step is skid plates.
