Alright I have the motor in and everything plugged in.

Fuel pump is wired, and every sensor connected except the vss.

I have attached the hot connection, start and key on correctly. It will turn over but the pump will not run, and I don’t get any spark. Pump does work when I attach it directly to hot. I have the pump wired to the relay in the underhood fuse box.

My guess is the auto shutdown relay? Help?

No Fuel, No Spark, could be the Crank Position Sensor. If the ECU does think the crank is spinning, it won't bother firing the pump or the coil.

Did it ever build ANY fuel pressure?

With everything shut down, and no pressure in the fuel rail it should fire the fuel pump for 3 or 4 seconds when you first turn the Key to the on position.

If it's not doing that, then forget what i said about the CPS.

this forum may be able to help.
