Sadly, many who think politics is just not worth paying attention to, will vote as though it's a game show, popularity contest or simply vote the "party of their parents". Or worse, won't vote at all.
Apathy is a dangerous thing. I rarely post political commentary in the NE Jeep forum, because, while I'm "into politics", it doesn't mean that everyone else is - BUT this election is so very important in the scheme of what lies in store for the USA. History is about to repeat itself, aka Hitler, Stalin, etc.
The scale can tip in either direction, and it's going to be a close one!! To me, NE Jeep symbolizes the American dream - in so far as the freedom we have to enjoy our land, the spirit of adventure and discovery and the blessings of the beauty we have been given as Americans. It's who we are.
Something as simple as land use, a choice of what you drive, and where you drive it, can be taken for granted - and in many cases it is. It's time to pay attention to what's going on behind "the curtain". Our country is in real danger. Cloward and Piven are going to win if we don't wake up.
