I put an AntiRock sway bar on the front of the Black jeep and the rods are way too short.  Does anyone have 2 of these laying around?

RockJock or Currie AntiRock Sway Bar Threaded rod only, and is 8.5 inch long this rod will have ½” -20 RH on one end, and ½”-20 LH on the other end.

I might have some for you. I am playing with mine right now and went with my shorter ones to see if it would stop my bump steer.  It does not so I will most likely go back to the longer ones.  I need to test flex this sucker to see which ones will work correctly. My jack just can't get the jeep high enough to full test the flex.  That is with a 18" block of wood on the jack base.  Really sketchy trying to jack it up like that.

Did you modify the sway bar brackets on the axle?

Why are they too short?

When you get the kit you can get 6.5 inch rods for a 3 - 4 inch or so lift and 8.5 in rods for bigger lifts.

The long plate should be horizontal at the mid point of your travel.  Right now it is about 2 inches too low with the 6.5 inch rod extended to max length.

I think that's what I will do because I scored these at the dump this morning.  Here is what it looks like now at normal ride height.

I don't know what everyone else thinks of the anti rock but I was noticing yesterday on my way up to East Longmeadow my TJ corners great, almost no body roll!!

I’ve had mine for a decade, love never needing to disconnect/reconnect. You can’t take a corner like a Maserati, but no jeep driver in their right mind should anyways :rotflmao:

Terry so this is yours at normal ride height mounted in the middle hole

For reference - here's mine on my 99TJ running 35" tires with about 4.5" lift springs mounted at the hole furthest from the pivot

I've never changed it to move it in for a firmer on-road ride (nuts are frozen)

If I ever do, I'll probably get all new rod ends that are RH thread

It should be above the frame rail, by about as much as its below it now.
If it's horizontal or low you run the risk of flipping the bar and link forward on a full droop.

Install instructions for setting the right height say it all depends on how it looks at middle travel and full droop. The initial setting is parallel to frame then adjust to your rig.
