Better off higher than parallel
Most jeeps can droop a tire a lot more than they can stuff it

The long plate should be horizontal at the mid point of your travel.

Well, looks like you already the instructions.. guess i'll go back to work

Thanks, I was looking for the instructions but didn't find them.  I read the parallel thing off one of the forums.

Terry I checked at work today - if 1/2x20 RH threaded rod (LH threaded rod is a unicorn here!) will work:

We have three foot lengths un-plated for $2.00 each my cost.

We have six foot lengths of plated for $6.00 each my cost.

Thanks Frank,  I'll let you know, for now I'm going to cut off  the threaded end of my dump U-Bolts for extensions.

It seams like a strange design for me to have the LH and RH threads.  It is one of those adjustments that you make once and never change again while mounted.

Well I chopped the threads off of one of the Dump find U-Bolts and added them to the links with couplers.  The height is set correct now and wheeled New Hartford last weekend with out any issues.
