Does anybody know the size of the Torx bolts that are holding the top of the bellhousing to the engine? I am going to do the clutch today and those are the only 2 bolts holding me up.

Interesting, did they give any particular reasons why? Different formula for the brake fluid or anything? I will definitely keep that in mind.

Been racing stockcars for a few years and we hve always used dot 5 brake fluid in the clutch. never had a problem and never new why just that we always did. just my .02 cents

I used standard 6 point sockets. They fit over the torx bit and hold on the regular hex behind it. They might have been deep sockets.

If you look closely at them they haxe the torx end but they fade into a standard hex. A long enough socket reaches the hex.
