Anyone know of a good site that shows you how to adjust a holley carb?

The "Holley carburetors, manifolds & fuel injection" by Mike Urich & Bill Fisher is really good.
The holley website has some instructions however when they say "the stock jetting is extremely close for most applications" is a load of $h!t. I've been behind cars with holleys and they are so rich they will make your eyes water.
Tuning a carburetor is pretty simple but I'd recomend a book because you'll be standing in front of the car trying to remember what it said. Get the book and prop it in the engine bay when your doing your tuning. (the pictures are handy too)
