interesting....

2 of our Astro vans at work use that exact thing in the rear,(fiberglass leaf) and we beat the crap out of them all the time.  seem to hold up...,

I wonder if they'll sell me just the rear part of it, then I can get some coils elsewhere for my mix and match plan

every lift kit i have ever seen is just a list of part numbers all put into one box. I'm sure if you gave them a call, they could give you the part numbers you would need to run the back half.

Soft Rate Spring (sold individually) Part# 001815446

Heavy Duty Rate Spring (sold individually) Part# 001815400

wow good lookin out toyworx I think that may be in my future for the YJ buildup

one big problem with  fiber leafs is that they will split at the ends. they  have taken care of this problem with the bolt on uniball at the ends.  i like em

I have a buddy who used to run skyjacker mono-leaf spring unders and he swore by them so I see this as a good way to step up one from where he was at, maybe buy the whole kit and hold off on the front coils till I have the cash to do them right

I'd say look into the whole kit. There are advantages to a kit that someone elsae has spent the time to work the bugs out on. One thing that took time (and $$) was playing with the different spring rates in my XJ. When the rear coil kit first went in, the truck was out of balance. Front was super soft, rear was somewhat stiff. It would cause the truck to pitch at the nose down to one side at times when that was not so desireable. Took a bit of testing with different springs front and rear until I got the truck balanced.

yeah for right now I need to keep the jeep running for a daily driver, but once I get my condo situation settled and have a beater to drive then I'll play the custom game. for now I think I'm gonna try to match some mail order fun to get myself back on some bigger tires
