Cowl induction hood

Yeah, so I need a new hood. See General Discussion. http://www.northeastjeep.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2304 I was looking at Quadratec's steel hood http://www.quadratec.com/cgi-bin/sg...2&UREQC=3&UREQD=4&FNM=00&UID=2005022722341835. But I am looking for a similar hood but in fiberglass. Anybody have any links ideas? Thanks, Donny.

If the hood is fiberglass and is as strong as a regular steel hood. It usually weighs just as much. Only those flimsy lightweight, race only easily cracked ones save any decent amount of weight.

Not really concerned with the weight factor. Just looking for something cool looking and preferably with a cowl induction system. It's all about looking good.

Practice cutting out vents in your hood, get a new one and youll have a template, that guy tovozor or something llike that on neow did it on his xj and it came out sweet, and he even has all the measurements and a write up with ppics, and the part number for the vents he used....pretty trick, Bull. To clarify he had that sweet red xj with the like 35's I wanted to trade my tj for, you remember, clayton springs and all.
