Got my heart set on doing my tub.The inside!! with it now that its warming up outside, just wondering if anyone has used this brand and what kind of results did ya end up with? Ease of application, spray or roll, colors , UV steadfastness etc. Im thinking of sand color w/uv additive.figure about one gal. and Ill spray it.

I herculined mine.  If i was gonna do it again I would go durabak.  UV stable (herc isin't)  I like the more matt texture as opposed to the gloss with texture bead of the herc.

If i had the coin I would rather just linex the whole thing.

I used a gallon of red Herc on my YJ about a year & 1/2 ago. Its held up really well. I dont know about Durabak, but it is probably similar. The best part is hosing out the body after wheeling in mud. I used the brush/roller that came in the kit. As far as color, I was told by others that it would turn pink when exposed to sun. So far as I can tell, it has not faded at all. This is due to the Jeep is parked in the garage most of the time. One good thing about do it yerself liners is you can do it up to 4 times for the cost of one Rhino liner or Line-x. If mine gets crappy or fades, I'll just do it again. Definitely do it after you take the top off for the summer. This stuff stinks for a month after applying it.

Thanx for the info guys! I think Im gonna stay with the durabak. After driving a swimming pool all winter with a tattered top the carpet smells like dirty feet and pickles  :rotflmao: So its gotta go. Good advice on the fumes from the fresh finish I hadent thought of that so Ill wait till May till I do it.  Also wondering If I should pull my cage or paint around it? Its also comming out soon anyhow Im adding a spyder kit to it. Thanx again.

can you get color mathc stuff, so it doesnt have to be black?
