I checked out the Indianapolis Speedway Museum this week. They just underwent a $64M renovation and it was spectacular. I also opted for the track tour where We did a lap at 20 mph and stopped at the bricks for some pics.

Definitely visit if you can. Indy is just a minor detour when driving cross country ;).

Got a work trip to Indy in May. I’ll definitely have to check it out! Any other good spots?

One night, we had dinner at a Mexican place on Massachusetts Ave called Bakersfield, which was good. Otherwise we were stuck in the hotel/conference center. Lucas Oil Stadium is in the complex too.

I have IRT training in Seattle that will be like that. Hopefully will be able to sneak out a little. Thankfully Indy is working with my guys in Beech Grove so will be a looser schedule.

Indy was awesome! Did you go to St. Elmo for the shrimp cocktail? I got to watch a few hours of the practice race after I landed.
