Thought you guys with older jeeps might be interested.  I'd think this method would apply to any magnetic distributor.

When my 90 YJ had the carberated 4.2L I went with a Weber Carb and HEI distributer - 1 12V wire hook-up!  It worked great.  Started on a 1/2 click of the key.  The combo was much more reliable.
