Living with a Tesla-style 13.6" screen in my Jeep Grand Cherokee

Been using this 13.6” vertical screen for a couple of weeks now — wireless CarPlay, navigation, and even video streaming when parked.
Didn’t expect it to look this OEM in my 2016 Grand Cherokee.
Big thanks to aerisauto for helping me with the setup.
Curious if anyone else here upgraded to a Tesla-style screen? What brand did you use and how’s it holding up?

Looks expensive but also a very clean install. I will say my wife does love the wireless carplay in her new trailblazer as the wired one in the subaru does not work well with Apple. Some kind of design flaw and we have friends with other vehicles that have issues with wired apple carplay.

Didn't even notice that. The aerisauto website looks legit and there customer service has a Southwest CT area code but other than that there isn't much info on them. Could be a bot posting an ad?

Hahaha, I actually wish they would ask me to do ads — that way I could earn some advertising fees!

I haven't had any issues so far. It cost me $1,000, and it's still within what I can afford.

How does that thing work after you take it for a swim in the beaver pond?
I haven’t taken it through any deep water yet — that’s something I can only be honest about.

Did you do the install yourself? Is it just plug and play?
Yes, I installed it myself and it took about two hours, but I couldn’t have done it without their help. It’s plug-and-play.
