Who or where do I go for a PowerTrax No-Slip locker.  Want to do this in the next week or so.  Prefer someplace local.

Pete, I thought you were still on vacation.  I will be calling you tomorrow around luchtime.  Heads up for a PowerTrax No-Slip for a 2000 XJ Chrysler 8.25 rear with 29spline axles and 3.55 gears. Thanks.

Donny

i was told that i should wheel the D35 for now....but i dont mind doing a cheap locker for now till i go to 44

I didn't realize you have a 2.5L so you aren't going to have many issues, but still be aware that the D35 is not the strongest, and with 33s and locked you are probably bound to break it.

But again the cost of lockers varies depending on budget. ARB air lockers could be as much as 700, while a cheap lunch box locker can be 200... so really depends on you.

i would proabbaly go with lunch boxes becasue of price and time to do it.....

should i just take a lunchbox locker for a Dana 30 in the front for now, becasue i will have to regear and maybe add a new rear axles so it would be smarter to just lock the front for now....???

what ya think?

buy that set that are for sale on the board right now.. that is a bargin, and if you have to upgrade you will not really have to do more than just upgrade the shafts. This is of course you plan on keeping the 2.5.

i decided to lock the front and wheel it for now......i couldnt afford the whole set and he wasnt willing to go down at all

so a new loker in the front and that should hold me for a bit
