Ok, so I had my Sirius jvc receiver mounted on a long gooseneck thing I bought new on ebay that hooked to 1 bolt of the pass seat, then it came up and kinda hung over my ebrake handle and was in the way of 4th gear and reverse. Hitting it when shifting would jar around the antenna connector and loose my signal a lot. That sucked, plus it would move the whole unit around and not keep it in one spot, and hard to see so low. I fixed all this with buying a new bracket from 4wd hardware with my raffle win from the rally...plus got a Haynes manual too. this new bracket attaches to the main dash part in the center right to the left of the grab handle with 3 easy to drill screw holes. The directions were simple and easy to follow and included pics. Whole thing took about 20 min and I can see it now while driving, its tilted towards the driver, out of the way, and doesn't move. great product made of metal, multiple holes for all kinds of mounting of gps, cells, satellite, ipod, you name it, only $20. Recommended in my book. Ive attached some pics of it mounted with my cradle mounted to it, and with my receiver in it too, plus a quick shot of the instructions and the url of it on 4wd hardware. Thats my review and quick write up. Bull.
