Hello NEJeep! My name is Eric I’m 35 and I live in Norfolk Ct with my wife and toddler son. After texting a bit with member Corey Sedgwick, he directed me to the site and here I am. I have been wheeling off and on since I was 16 but am finally looking to get serious and wheel much more often! Currently my Jeep is a 2004 TJ 4.0 5spd, Dana 30 front, Dana 44 rear from an LJ both with 3.73 gears, 4” suspension lift 1.25 BL, SYE, smittybilt 9500 winch, pick up 35” km3’s for it tmrw. Anyways, I look forward to a meet and greet. Thanks

Welcome Eric from Glastonbury. I’m not sure if dropping the Sedgewick name was the best decision though lol

Howdy Eric! I’m Johny, and live in West Hartford and work in Torrington! I’m the membership director, so if you need any help, or have any questions about applying, the process or about the club, please feel free to ask or send a PM!

Welcome to the forum Eric. Good looks dropping the sedgewick name as they will soon out number everyone else in the club. Our next public meet and greet will be the UCONN car show. We will have a booth with some jeeps at it so if you go keep an eye out for us. They usually put us at the the northern corner of outside the stadium. As johnny mentioned, do not hesitate to reach out with any questions in the mean time. We look forward to meeting and wheeling with ya.

Welcome! Nice area up there in Norfolk. I grew up not far from there in Falls Village.

Glad you made it here Eric, now we just need to get Justin on the board.  Make sure you send in an application, once we see you at a meet and greet we can move forward to get you on the trail.  (Make sure to ask to speak to someone on the BOD, (board of directors)

As I mentioned before we have access to legal private property all over CT and New England.  Being part of a club opens up many opportunities for trails.  As far as I'm concerned NEJeep is one of the best clubs around with Jeeps and trails from mild to wild.

Tons of knowledge here, ask away if you have any specific questions.  Or give me a call anytime.

-Corey
