ok I got another question for those more experinced than myelf at this stuff. I have been chasing this (with out too much determination) for about a week or so. a friend of mine has a 98 tj lifted 4 inches with 33 s.s. tsls and he is getting a vibration at about 35 miles an hour it starts and does not diminish at highway speeds. when you press the clutch it goes away completely. I am out of ideas as to what is causeing this. and here is the list of shit I have tried to remedy this problem. I have found loose trac bar mounts both front and rear. I tightend both. this jeep also has had new front wheel bearings new axle joints. new brake pads and new drums and shoes, all in the last week. the steering linkage is all tight as is the steering stabilizer. the stabilizer is about 3 months old and not leaking. we also changed the tires from my jeep onto the suspect jeep and still the vibrations survies. the driveshafts all look good no dents dings or spots were the weights should have been. the u joints are tight throughout the drive line. and this jeep has been lifted for alomost a year with no death wobble prior to this point. any ideas would great this is really starting to frost my a$$. the next step is hang out the back of the jeep or maybe out the side while we go down the road and look for movment. so at the very least does anyone have a soap box derby car and some rope i can borrow? :D
