Opinions needed on a roof rack

I kayak almost daily in the warmer months and I'm going to have to put a roof rack on the Jeep to carry my 16' Prijon.  I've looked into this one I'll list and most likely will buy either the basket or the rail system that goes with it.  What do you all think about roof racks on the tj style-wise, and do you think this is a good, solid rack?

I really want a top rack for my tj with a basket so I can carry more gear, but I dont want to get hung up on stuff.  I like the congo cage set up and the wilderness expedition stuff.  There are people selling these right now for WAY less than new.  Check these out.  The wilderness one is the one I wanted.  If ya buy it Ill buy the hella's from ya.  Used on these is the way to go.  One needs a bar but can be bought from the company.  The wilderness sells for almost $600 new, this is a steal.  Buy it while its here.  Bull.
