Both Jeeps (TJ's) used to get a wet passenger side floor when it rained a lot.  Both were missing the elbow on the drain for (I think) the AC evaporator area.  Fixed that.

Now hers is dry as can be, and mine only gets a wet floor when it is parked and it is raining.

What should I be looking at now?

I had a real simple fix for this, it did'nt work every time though.

When you park, turn off the heater & vent controls with the engine running, this enables the fresh air intake under the cowl to close all the way shut.

common problem in wranglers, mine has leaked since i bought it in 04 new. Had the dealer take the whole interior out (literly) and reseal everything.. still leaked, they then replaced my softtop just incase it was that.. still leaked... i think it is coming in through the passenger side window seal and dripping down inside the door then exiting the door on the interior between the trim and the door itself and dripping on the floor.

I get that windshield leak too, then it comes in on the backside of the dash, I put some silicon under the foam seal between the cowl and winsheild frame it slowed it down some but it still leaks a bit

One more thing you can check is the cowl drain. If this is clogged, water can find it's way through the firewall. Pour some water down the slots just in front of your wipers. Watch underneath for a trickle. If you don't see anything then your drain is clogged. Remove cowl cover, use coat hanger to push debris through and flush with water.

I've heard this one before and way trying to remember it exactly so I could check it.  Thanks.

Your talking about the Air intake slots right in the middle between the windshield and the hood right?

The last time I took it in that's all the dealer did... still leaks, if it rains hard enough I can watch it pool up on the drivers side at the foam before it starts flowing down the firewall.

I just figure I'll end up replacing the tub sooner that I would have, but that should still be at least 10 years away (*I hope*)
