Walked out to the TJ this a.m. and found the top radiator seam leaking  got p.o.'ed and pinged all the tabs over some more on the plastic cap and so far leak is gone  Wondering if I should just replace it with a new  Griffin or Mopar unit. Any one ever dealt with this?

Don't go Dealer, way to much and gives you the same unit.

Acme, Napa, and brands like that all do the same.  Crimped ends over plastic tanks. (for the TJ)

Griffin is nice, but a lot of money,  and to spend that much and risk it ever being hit by a stick, and leak would suck....

I have had great luck with CSF.

They are import units, but use solid tanks, and have a lifetime warranty.

$130 which is all metal, free shipping and lifetime warrenty... you cant beat it.

Or you can up to the larger HD 3 core unit for $156.

Either way... I have had great luck as well as others.  I used Radiator Barn, fast shipping, came in mint and bolted right up...

Update: Ordered from radiator barn online $156 out the door. How painless is that. Got the 3 core heavy duty. Thanx again for the advice!!!

I just replaced mine radiator on my 99TJ back in Sept.  Got it through RadiatorBarn.  Was at my door in 2 days.  I would highly recommend using them.
