It all started Sat night when I came home from the meeting to throw a tune up in the jeep for the Sun. RI trail cut. As I pull into the barn I notice a puddle under the rig. Drats, antifreeze. Come to find out the seam near the top let go...and it's only 1 1/2 years old. 
So, the trail cut is out for me, now I can't find a radiator on a Sun. I call up Detour and he has one that might fit. Go to his shop, pull the radiator, do a little booty-fab to make it clear my steering shaft and install it.
DANG! couldn't get the bottom hose to seal.
Come to find out the bottom neck WAS cracked after all. I must have bent it when I pulled it from the GC donor.
Off to ACME this morning, "have one by noon, full warranty" Pick it up this afternoon, have them unpack it for me so I can check it out....F**ked up! The weld was snapped on the mounting flange. Soooo they will have ANOTHER one for me Tue afternoon.
All I want to do is have a radiator that doesn't leak, is that too much to ask??????????????????????
