Rear ARB stuck in locked position

i got my tj stuck in pretty deep freezing cold water last weekend for about 36 hours, and the rear locker was left on my mistake......its home now, and ive done everything including disconnecting the line to the locker, yet its stuck........ive jacked it up and both wheels are spinning.........anyone have any ideas on how to get it unlocked?

Return spring can't push the piston back to unlock the axles - probably sucked a lot of muddy,gritty water into the housing as it cooled.
Need to pull the cover and drain the fluids no matter what else you do.

he has pulled the cover and said it looked clean inside now. Can't hear anything moving, the lines hold pressure? that is all i can remember, i was at the bar when he called me last night

If it's all opened up anyway, try heating it up with a heat gun.
