Tire Swing / Rear Bumper Combo for a YJ

OK, after finally installing the lift and getting 33's, my 33x12.50 will not fit on my stock YJ spare tire mount. I have a ConFer tube bumper and a backpack rack. The tire won't clear the bumper or the rack. Sooo... I'm in the market for a bumper with tire carrier. It needs to have the following things:
2" Receiver
D-Ring Shackle tabs
Tire carrier needs to have a YJ bolt pattern (no 'spinner mount)
HiJack mount

I was looking at the jeeperman set up http://www.jeeperman.com

If there is someone local who fabs something similar, I'd rather keep the money local. What do you guys use?

Definately go with Mark...don't do what I did...bought some bumpers and then had to have Mark completely rebuild the carrier swing and do some other random welding and fixing up...but Mark and I worked out a good deal 8)

Mark, I want something similar to Steve's. Wish list:
No need for the recessed lights
want the shackle mounts
2" receiver would be nice
Verticle High Lift mount
CB antenna mount
Standard YJ bolt pattern
Can handle up to 35" tire plus the weight of a 5 gallon Jerry can

Does your design lock open somehow? (or on a sidehill will I get crushed?).

I definately want to work with you on this. I need to install it by mid september if possible (Jamboree Sept 23rd).

Depending on $$ I'm also interested in a front bumper like Steve's (with the addition of fog light tabs).
