Bull, Like I said, I never did that before, but if you need a second set of hands, give me a call.
I found this on the web. It looks like breaking the bead is the easy part, it's wrestling with it to get it completely off the rim...

Braking the Bead
Dismounting a Tire From the Rim
Remounting the Tire
Setting the Bead
Parts/Tools Needed:
- Valve core puller
- High lift jack
- Board (2"x6"x2')
- 2-3 lb. Hammer
- 2 large flat screwdrivers or tire iron
- Armor All for lubricant
Barking the Bead:
1. Remove the tire, put on the spare
2. Place tire on top of the board and under a solid jacking point
(i.e. the front or rear bumper)
3. Use the core puller to remove valve stem, to let out any remaining air
4. Place the highlift jack along the bead on the tire, but not on the rim
5. Begin jacking, the tire should begin to compress and soon there should be a "poof" as the bead of the tire brakes loose from the side of the rim
6. Repeat the process for the other side of the tire
Dismounting a Tire From the Rim:
1. Place the tire on a flat surface, with the outside face of the tire up
2. Use tire iron to pry tire up the tire over the rim, take small bits and work your away around the entire rim
3. Stand the tire up on its edge, put screwdriver between the backside of the rim and the front tire wall, pry and hold a moderate force, now with the hammer smack the tire right were the tire is beginning to sperate from the rim, do this from side to side until the rim is free
Remounting the Tire::
1. Place the outside tire wall on the ground
2. Set the front of the rim in at an angle and give a push to seat it for prying
3. With the tire irons work the tire back on, alternating from side to side, until the first half of the rim is in
4. Turn the tire and rim over (face up)
5. Use tire irons to pry tire over the rim, alternating from side to side until tire is on the rim, it may help to kneel on the tire to keep it from coming back over the edge
Setting the Bead:
1. Bounce the tire on the ground a couple of times, this helps push the tire bead out to the edge of the rim
2. Make sure the valve core is still removed
3. Spray ArmorAll around the tire beads
4. Let lots of air into the tire, the tire should begin to take air and then make a poping noise when the bead sets on either side
5. Install the valve core, complete airing the tire back up
