hey guys, the paint on my 99 tj tailgate hingesare peeling bad. i noticed on the new tjs have a black plastic cover over the hinges. i ordered a set from my local dealer, but he couldnt tell me if they changed anything on the hinge itself. so today i got the covers in and of course they dont fit. does anyone know if the new hinges form an 04-05 will fit a 99 or if the holes wont line up. i'm sure noone know but thanks for reading anyways!
