What does everyone think?

What do you think about these bumpers? Not the top one but the bumpers below the top one are reasonably priced, the only thing is they are a multipiece design, wondering if this compromises their strength or if they are still a good bumper.

The part that needs the strenght is the main bumper with the winch mount, which looks to be pretty stout. That other stuff is just to keep trees from braking your lights and grill. I think it looks like a nice bumper for the price.
