I'm going to buy a tow strap and I was wondering what the preferred size is?
2"x20' or 3"x30' or 4"x30' ?

I have 2 ea. 2" x 20' for my YJ. Also a 2" x 4' for a tree saver.

I have a 3" x 30' tow strap, and a 3" x 8' tree saver, and a 2" x 4' rigging strap.
I'd reccomend the 3" strap. It's only a few more bucks, but you know it's going to hold up when you really need it.

If you have a 2" square receiver hitch on your rig - the 2" strap is nice (slip the strap in the hitch put the pin back in = quick and easy recovery point)

Thanks for the input and all the replies. it sounds like a 2" will do, but I like the high "factor of safety" that xjmark works with!
Switching gears, anyone have any experience with Super Straps? Instead of a fixed loop on the end, you weave the end manually.
