Who do I use for shipping my 35's?

Has anyone shipped larger tires? I need to find a good place for shipping my 5 35" procomps and havent had any luck. Please help..Thanks! Slick

I took my 31"s to UPS, they put it on the scale and wanted like $27 a tire.

Then I took it to FedEX and they wanted I think it was like $11. They said they had a special rate for tires. No boxed, just stick the label to it and rap it in tape to cover the label... I called DHL but they were higher than FedEx quote, and they did not have a store near me to get a quote.

UPS shipps tires w/ just a label too. Fex Ex Ground is usually cheeper but with DHL new to the market, they just might be the cheepest. I'd check DHL first and then try Fed-Ex.

I heard you can ship on a train, not boxed, just labled and it was real cheap. Never did it just heard...call amtrak, might be worth it. Bull.

FedEx is always cheaper than UPS, not sure about DHL though.

Was just thinking...you can also ship on Greyhound as well.
