Man...I'm a week late again, I have mine waiting at home. All I need now is a helocopter and a couple of international flights to get me back to them next weekend. Let me know how you make out with it all I have the same mods in my near future.

Yes i do, but if yer lifted you definately won't fit in it... :evil: 1970's condo!

My jeep fit's fine with my 2" boost and 31's if I take off my cb antenna. (*Another 2" of lift or more tire and even I won't fit*)

You putting on a skid row engine skid? if so we can definately do that in my garage.

If we have to we'll just just stick the nose in far enough to jack it up, I've done one, they are quick.

I put the steering box skid on tonight, I'll prolly still do the Tank skid Tomorrow night/Saturday morning.

Sorry Man...Just been crazy at work, Quitin time suppose to be 5P.M...Just got home
an hour ago...My skids have been downstairs for a week and a half.... Maybe I can be of some help
in the future when I get my normal life back... :sad:

Got the tank and old shield out, what a mess!

Peeled the old shield off the tank and cleaned the tank up. Will siphon out the gas tomorrow and try to press out the dents before putting it into the new skid.

Got pictures so I'll do a mini color commentary...

I now the YJ had it, and I did a kilby on a 99 and it had it. Thick rubber mat on the bottom, between the tank and the factory skid.

I'll look in the old skid in the morning, but I don't think there was one in there...

The bottom of the tank is formed exactly to the botom of the old skid, so i don't think there was a liner.

Plastic tank, toss the liner. I did.
