I thought I had a bad crank sensor, but I replaced it and the problem has cropped up again.  I must have a short somewhere in the wiring.  Every once in a while the car will stop running.  Popping the hood and wigling the wires will allow it to restart and run for a while longer.

Time to break open the wiring harness and start tracing....unless someone has a better idea.  It does not light a warning light when it stalls, it doesn't even sputter, it just stops.

I found out that one of the wires that lead to the crank position sensor was rubbing on a bracket and was grounding out.  It runs fine now.  I just need to drive it more and see if it keeps running fine.  Only had to unwrap and inspect about a foot or so of wiring harness to find it.

They didn't make those harnesses to be unwrapped.
