yj rear bumper

I am going to fab up a solid rear bumper for my yj and would like to have some input. I am thinking of going with 4"x 2" hollow tube for and then make up some brackets to go to the same spots the bumperettes bolt. I am also going to make a bracket that comes off of the bottom and bolts directly below the frame. How does this sound? I want to put a reciever hitch either through the bumper or welded under it. Thanks for your advice
