My Heep is leaving 2 quarter sized drips of transmission fluid overnight that looks like it’s coming down bell housing. How can a manual transmission be leaking fluid from the top of the bell housing?

I have a Stiebel Eltron Tempra 24 Plus electric tankless water heater. Power came back on so I turned these breakers back on but no hot water. I have power to blocks. Power at heater heads. Display is off. I tried to do a thermal reset but they seemed to be not tripped. We didn’t loose power...

I know some people use air soft BBs but are Dyna Beads the best? Worth the extra scratch? Don’t want something that’s going to break down over time. Current tires lasted me 7 years/65k miles and plan this set to do the same. (Or outlast the heep lol)
