I'm completely fine. I do drive a tank. The other guys car was probably totaled. he stayed and took 100% responsibility. Got a ticket.

I was going to ask if the other car was totaled, probably a bunch of plastic hitting that solid old Ford steel bumper! Glad you're ok!

Its a total bummer, but honestly not nearly as bad as it could be.

It will need a new bumper, chrome trim, and maybe a bedside / a corner at min.

The hardest part will be the paint. this may be the kick in the bum I need to do all the body and prep work, and then have whatever body shop that's doing the work paint the entire truck. We shall see

This is why we all need to go back to old Iron!

Here’s a question. Do you have it insured at a higher value based on all of the one off work that into this build? Or is it just insured as an old ford?

It's insured for 30k

Everything is insured for more than it should be. In my eyes it's cheaper to have more coverage than less
